Accessing and using this site gives the condition of user and implies acceptance of the published terms. The user agrees to use the website and its content in accordance with current law and good faith.
Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, trade names, texts, images, videos, designs and distinctive signs belong to Rockfit or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or modification without authorisation is not allowed.
Liability
Rockfit works to keep the website available, secure and updated, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or technical incidents caused by networks, browsers or external services.
Cookies and website measurement
We use first- and third-party cookies to measure our advertising campaigns. They are only installed if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time from «Cookie settings». If you decline, none are installed. Separately, we measure the website's audience —which pages are visited, where visitors come from and which buttons are clicked— to know whether the site works. This measurement uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, does not collect your IP address and is never combined with customer data or used for advertising: it only groups what happens during a single visit using a temporary identifier that disappears when you close the tab. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, data is kept for a maximum of 15 months, and you can object by writing to info@rockfit.es.
