Accessing and using this site gives the condition of user and implies acceptance of the published terms. The user agrees to use the website and its content in accordance with current law and good faith.
Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, trade names, texts, images, videos, designs and distinctive signs belong to Rockfit or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or modification without authorisation is not allowed.
Liability
Rockfit works to keep the website available, secure and updated, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or technical incidents caused by networks, browsers or external services.
Cookies and website measurement
We measure the website's audience (pages viewed, origin or campaign, interactions, booking funnel and conversions) based on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works; this measurement may relate a visit to a booking or a customer. Advertising measurement with Google and Meta is only activated if you accept it. What we store on your device: rf_consent_v1 (local storage; keeps your cookie choice, 24 months); rf_tab_session (session storage; aggregate measurement for the tab, deleted when it is closed); rf_client (set when a customer logs into the app, to recognise them as a customer; 12 months); only with your consent: rf_session_id and rf_session_started (30 minutes), rf_visitor_id (13 months), rf_traffic_context (90 days) and rf_previous_url (7 days); and, also only with consent, Google cookies (GA4 and Google Ads via Google Tag Manager, e.g. _ga, _gcl_au) and Meta cookies (_fbp). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the «Cookies» link in the footer or the «Cookie settings» button on this page.
Data protection

Purposes and legal basis: handling your enquiry, managing your booking and delivering the service (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps); our own audience measurement (legitimate interest); advertising measurement with Google and Meta (consent); and, if you state health data in the questionnaire, adapting your session (explicit consent). Retention: for as long as necessary for each purpose; customer data for as long as the relationship lasts and during the legal limitation periods. Recipients: providers processing data on Rockfit's behalf, such as hosting and analytics (for example Vercel and Supabase) and payments (Stripe); Google and Meta only if you consent; and authorities where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@rockfit.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by current Spanish law. For any matter relating to its interpretation or compliance, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona where legally applicable.
